ordering made to order beads & jewelry

I sell most of my beads from my beads for sale pages and ebay auctions. I sell most of my jewelry at local shows and through Earth Rhythms. I do, however, occasionally take custom orders for beads or jewelry that are close duplicates of pieces I have made in the past. I generally do not take orders for items that I don't customarily make. I am not taking custom orders for boro (unless you really beg) because of the unpredictability of the boro colors.

Here's what to do for custom orders:

1. Email me with a description of the beads or jewelry you want (by bead or set name), or better yet, a photo. Indicate quantity and any changes you may have (for instance, if you do not want the whole set but want to pull out certain beads...or you may need large holes because you are using a large wire to go through the holes...or pairs for earrings etc.). If necessary, I will post a photo of the bead/beads on my website for approval.

2. I will email you with an order confirmation and invoice with total including shipping and an approximate time frame.

3. I will begin your order when I have received payment.

4. Payment options are: I prefer PayPal ( my user name is sandree@comcast.net) and also accept personal checks and money orders.

Please note: Sizes marked are approximate. Because these beads are hand made, one at a time, the size and even the design may vary slightly. If you need matched pairs for earrings, please indicate that. Beads are available with a small hole (2mm or 1/16" ) or with a large hole (3mm or 3/32") I generally use the small hole (2mm) for the accent beads and the large hole (3mm) for the focal beads.

Be aware that changing sizes, colors and shapes can change the whole character of the bead and sometimes is not possible.

I ship First Class via the USPS and have had very good luck with their service.

INSURANCE: If you would like to add insurance, add $1.30 for up to $50.00, $2.20 for $50.01 to $100.00, $2.20 plus $1.00 per $100 for $100.01 and up.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I accept only paypal payments on international orders. I ship Airmail Letter Post via the USPS. There is no insurance or tracking available. There will probably be additional shipping charges. I will email you with any additional charges which may be remitted via paypal.
